Dan Sothern has 22 years of local knowledge and experience in the building industry, particularly in the fields of renovation work and building new homes.  Dan is also a proud member of the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand and a Licensed Building Practitioner.  

In Dan's spare time, he enjoys scuba diving and riding his mountain bike.
